Request Appointment

Your First Visit

We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to complete a new patient form.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will start by reviewing your medical and dental history. They will then conduct a thorough dental exam to assess the health of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw. The exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any necessary X-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. They will happily answer any questions you may have regarding your oral health or treatment options.

Insurance & Payment Methods

Our administrative team can help you navigate our payment and insurance claims options so you can focus on achieving your oral health goals.

Insurance Claims

We offer direct billing to most major dental insurance providers, and our staff is available to help you navigate and maximize your dental insurance benefits. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Payment Methods

The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit, etransfer or most major credit cards.

Emergency Appointments

Emergencies can happen anywhere, anytime.

If you have lost a crown or filling, have a chipped, broken or knocked-out tooth, or have severe facial swelling, pain or discomfort, please call us. We will make every effort to fit you into our schedule.

If you need immediate care, go to your nearest emergency room.
